Ordered a mobile phone on line on 14th November 2019 - for next day delivery - still not received it - money taken from my account on the 14th.
Phoned Tesco - said there was a problem with suppliers web site and would call me back on 18th - didn't call - had to phone them - asked for my money back so I could purchase phone elsewhere - said they couldn't do a refund until the suppliers had got back to them. Surely thats their problem not mine - they've said they will call me back by Sunday they've then had my money 11 days. Appalling online service will not be using again.
