As a long standing customer I shop weekly on click and collect.
So with the current climate in mind I booked my slot a week ago with a small online order with the intention of amending the order before 12 noon on the day of collection, as I always do, however without previous notification Tesco have decided today to change this policy and I am now left with less than a third of my order awaiting collection. Customer service were also useless that was once I finally got though after being continously cut off.
I can only image what awaits when I do actually collect later today!
