AVOID TESCO OR RISK BEING LEFT WITH NO FOOD OR MONEY
If I could give Tesco a rating of no stars then that would be appropriate.
This is the second time Tesco has left me with no food but have taken my money.
Shop showed as delivered, so I called (the lady was very lovely) to enquire. She looked into it for me and she was told that the van my order should have been on the driver was off sick and had been put on other vans but would be late. I said that would be no problem as I needed the delivery.
At 9:50pm the lady called me back to say that my order hadn't gone out and that a duty manager would call me tomorrow to rearrange my delivery but couldn't guarantee when that would be and there would be no guarantee of a delivery tomorrow. The duty manager is there! Then why aren't they calling their customers!
I am now left with no food and a family to feed. Oh but Tesco have my money, so after working all week my family time will be taken away, as well as the embarrassment of having to borrow money and then go and do a food shop.
Tesco you are a disgrace and should not be allowed to take people's money and not provide the service/goods.
People avoid at all costs.
