When there was a delay with delivery yesterday (28 September 2020) I called the customer services and was told that there is a delay and there was 2 more household before me! About 3 hours later at 9pm called them again and they said that it was delivered! The Tesco website also said that it was delivered! The customer services said that the driver came and no one was there and we have refunded you!
I live in a cup-de-sac and I can see who is coming and leaving from my living room!
Lying is part and parcel of the TESCO customer services, driver and it seems that the whole ethos of this outfit is to have a parasitic attitude! Take take take!
I detest liars and as soon as I heard that, I knew I had to expose the cowboy driver! I made several complaints online at Tesco site. Not only we have nothing now and can't get a slot, also our groceries for the week has not been delivered and left us (disabled) high and dry. I can assure you that I will get them legally.
We hold the money and TESCO by far is the most horrible outfit out there. Please stop buying from these parasites.
I am from now forever! NO more TESCO GUARANTEED!
