Everyday text saying sorry for delay we are getting your order ready !! 3 weeks later I get a email stating your order has been dispatched. Hmmm ok at least it’s on it’s way. Package arrived 2 out of 6 items in it and a message your order has been delivered. Phoned customer services demanded refund for missing items to which I got thank god. And said other items out of stock sorry. “Dear Tessuti Would it not be easier to contact the customer within 72 hours or update your systems so your items show on-line IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK before they order? “ just a thought it wasn’t hard might defuse these bad reviews your getting.
