Purchased items for a family member. They did not fit. Took back to return in perfect condition, with tags attached. Was then told they had a no refund policy, and could only offer exchange notes. Was never made aware of this at time of purchase, go on holiday in 2 weeks and £150 down (which doesn’t seem a lot, but with the cost of stuff nowadays, £150 can help a lot). Shocking policy. If the item is in a sellable condition that it was purchased in, why not give people OUR money back?

Poor customer service at the Blackburn store, manger is rude, unprofessional and patronising. The store does not commit to the policy's stated on tehir website. Avoid at all cost, spend your money at a more loyal store.

I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago. Paid £140 and its for sale now £87. I have spoken to customer service who wasn't even trying to help. Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

Went to the Trafford centre store and was disgusted by the service. Was returning an item and was made out to be a liar and given some horrible attitude when wasn’t provoked. I explained I wasn’t advised on terms of refund at point of sale and the highly strung guy at till was totally sure of what his colleague would have advised me even though he wasn’t there. Manager came along and lady was fine and actually told the guy to shut up as he had a bit of an attitude. Poor and not professional. No issue in abiding by the terms but there is no excuse for poor customer service and an horrible attitude and implying a customer is lying. Expected better when buying high priced goods won’t be shopping there again.

I purchased an expensive pair of Mallets and after paying for them in store was informed discount was only for online purchase. The store attendant ordered a pair online and arranged for them to be delivered to my home. On 22.12.2022 the items arrived but were wrong product and size so Tessuti customer service told me to go to Gateshead Metrocentre as they had my size and style in stock and then to call once resolved for gift card as it was warehouse fault. After driving in Xmas traffic i got to store and was given another wrong size and then told they didnt have any 8's in stock and to choose something else or get a refund which i did but was given no apology. After calling customer service after a long wait the customer service assistant cut me off and when i called back was told i needed to take it up with store as it was their issue. I requested a manager and was told they had left for day. I am Very disappointed with this service for the price of goods purchased.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. I ordered 2 pair of trainers £105.79 i had a delivery to my local Tesco branch by Everi I went there 4 times and 6 phone calls as kept getting emails saying they were there but they were not then they turned up at my house. They arrived to late so I decided to send them back. They gave me a bar code to take them back for collection and went to use it and it did not work another code was issued and again I went to send it back and it also did not work. The customer service lady told me to return it to a store and I thought that would be easier so they told me my nearest store was 30 mins away so I went there and there was no branch there or ever has been. Now I had wasted over an hour journey, petrol and my time walking round a shopping centre for nothing. I then phoned yet again and was told by another handler to post it back and use my money that cost me £15.45 and I would get a refund . Sent it back and even more phone calls and was told the postage would go on a gift card I went mad. Then I was passed on to a manager who said they would refund me for the postage and the trainers total amount £121.24 . Today I’m on my third phone call as I was told in an email I should have received my refund of £105.79 . What a joke now I have just been told to call my bank and after a lengthy call with my bank there is no refund there. This has caused me so much stress that I had to do review to say please do not use this company they are terrible and there customer service is unbelievable. I am so upset with this situation. I will keep fighting for my refund and I will take them to court if I don’t get my money back.

Ordered a few items from their website on the basis that they will be delivered by the date shown when I made the order. Since then my order stayed as unshipped for a few days. When I contacted customer service I have been told that they do not have a shipping date as they are busy before Christmas. I accept that they are busy before the holidays but then they should not provide delivery dates when you make an order or they should add some disclaimer on their website (as they are aware of it). Of course they didn't as this would put off a lot of customers from buying. Overall, bad experience. I will not use in the future and will stick with more reputable traders.

I go in tessuti quite a lot and even when i dont go in and im walking past at weekends its the same young girl on the door all the time which i think is so unfair she must be about 16 yrs old she can be there from opening to closing and when i dont see her she must be on a break as shes back there later on the management seriously need to sort this out it should be a rotate system how is she going to learn anything being stood there all day i feel for the young girl

As per previous reviews, Tessuti have robbed me. I ordered 2 Hugo Boss hoodies of different sizes, returned the one which didn't fit. Waited for about 6 weeks, accepting that there may be delays as they'd advised. When I got in touch, they told me I'd returned a lyle and scott jumper (I have never purchased anything lyle and scott in my life). The 'fraud team' (a very appropriate name), have told me I will not be getting a refund. This was after about a million emails trying to get an answer of out them. They can not be bothered to do their job. Unless thieving is actually their job, in which case, job well done I suppose? Company needs investigating.

If I could give minus stars I would. It was recently my birthday so I gifted my self with trainers. I ordered three pairs of trainers and upon arrival, I opened the parcel only to find one box of trainers out of the three that I ordered. I still had faith so I assumed that there was going to be two deliveries for my order. Still to be safe, I went on to contact Tessuti directly who informed me that there was only one delivery and that my delivery had been completed as far as they were aware. I contacted DPD to ask if there was possibly two parcels in my order because I almost thought the delivery driver had stolen one of the parcels. At this point they informed me that they didn’t do any of the packaging, they simply just collected the already packaged parcel from the Tessuti store. My heart sank to my stomach. I emailed Tessuti to take this up with them and even attached video footage taken from my ring door bell to give them an idea of the size of the delivery parcel. This was to illustrate that it wouldn’t have been possible to fit 3 boxes of trainers in that particular delivery box. The delivery box was just slightly bigger than the box of trainers that had been delivered. They didn’t even download the footage that I sent to them and replied “Upon reviewing your claim, we do believe the order has been delivered successfully and we will be taking no further action.  If you do wish to take this further, we would advise to contact your payment provider.” This sort of behaviour makes me sick to my stomach. Considering DPD didn’t do any of the packaging and simply just picked up the parcel from the Tessuti store, I think Tessuti are in on the scandal. There was no obvious damage to my parcel. You always hear about these things happening to other people, but I never thought I would experience something so shocking at the end of 2022. Tessuti are literally trying to steal over £600 worth of goods from me.

Please find review I have just posted on trust pilot. On the 8th May I purchased Boss Logo Gilet L @£157.09. On 10th May I purchased Boss Chroma Gilet XL @ £156.19 as I wasn't sure if the Large was the correct size and Boss Logo wasn't available in XL so I ordered the Boss Chroma for size comparison. I kept the Boss Logo Gilet and returned the Boss Chroma Gilet. I printed off a returns label via Tessuti website and took it to my local Hermes shop. I received a receipt from the shop and an email shortly after confirming that the carrier had my parcel and I received a further email 2 days later saying the parcel had been delivered.I chased up my return yesterday only to be told that apparently I had returned a summer dress from H&M. I argued the case saying I took one parcel to the shop, I am a man and don't wear dresses and it is not possible I returned a dress.I was told to take it up with my provider to seek resolution,the matter still not resolved. The parcel has either been interfered with by the courier service in transit or upon arrival at Tessuti. They are not remotely interested in resolving this matter, I am £156 out of pocket and being treated like a fraudster. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone

ordered items in shop waited for delivery only 1 item delivered other item out of stock , went back to shop refunded for 1 item now waiting for 2nd item balance to be refunded , for the prices they charge for items one would presume better service lol

Tessuti have failed to deliver my order and now refused to refund. Spoke to Evri who have said the delivery was made to a doorstep of a closed door, my contract is with tessuti.. I have been told by them to go to the citizens advise. How on earth is this company still in business !! I am reporting you to trading standards

If I could score a 0 I would. Ordered a Purse for my wife (£70 item) it arrived next day, brilliant! This is where it goes wrong, purse arrives scuffed, zip broke with which looks like tobacco inside it! I phone customer service of which they tell me to return it and order another one of which I did. I paid the £6.99 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY to be told it would be 2 days. I bought this gift for my wife for our wedding anniversary and now it wont be here in time. What a shoddy service. AVOID

They do not deserve 1star. Avoid at all cost. Returns service is horrendous. Returned my items 1 month ago and no refund although received an email confirming they have received them. After calling them they said I needed to send proof of postage! Does. It make sense, when they sent me an email confirm they received them.. any excuse to to return my money

this company dont even deserve 1 start they are an absolute joke they lost my order of over £500 back in jan and i keep calling them for them to say that i need to wait because of the value it has been escalated to the investigations team so i need to wait, so i patiently waited 3 months just to be told the case has been closed so i call up tusstti for them to give me a email address for the investigation team because they dont have a number apparently even tho there probably in the same building, so i email them twice for them to not even responde. this company have robbed me blind and my blood boils every time i think of this scum bag company, the owner is probably a millionaire seating on his superyacht someone

Disgusting shop broadway bradford took 2 new items back for refund manager useless no cash in and 1 item wont refund as swim shorts drive 1 hour to store now stood around no help manager wint tell me wen cash in. CEO emailed plse share disgusting treatment at store

Had no problem with my order came quickly and on time One item I paid for was out of stock but I was reimbursed within two days all in all good communication
