I ordered three items, was pleased as I work for the NHS so got a good discount on designer products! Paid for 2 day express delivery which I did not receive until 4 days later 😤 spoke to customer service and they apologised and refunded me for my delivery. I was told it would come the next day. The next day I received my ordered which I only received one of the three items! I spoke to customer service and he apologised and said my further two items would be with me tomorrow, this was no good for me! I spoke to another member of customer service and he was confused as to why I was told my other items would come separately as they should of all come together. I’ve now been told this is under investigation and I will not get a refund or receive replacements for up to 14 days when this has been investigated. Not happy about this at all!! Terrible service. Although Gareth from customer service has been very helpful.
