Placed order beginning of Nov, after 4 days went by and no update on delivery I checked my account - item out of stock and refunded. Placed order today for 3 items - 5mins later order cancelled and refunded. Emailed customer services to be told try again, did so straight away refunded out of stock. Yet all items are showing in stock in all sizes on the site. Now I've got £240 stuck in banking processes waiting to be refunded. Fuming! Emailed again and was told wait a couple of weeks and try again. Conveniently the 22% offer is on and ending today yet you can't buy anything.
