I made a purchase for a pair of trainers and didn’t received a dispatch email for 2-3 days. Out of the blue I received a notification on my phones online banking app stating I’d received a full refund from Tessuti. I didn’t get any email informing me of a refund or any explanation as to why. When I logged into my Tessuti account it stated my order had been cancelled. I had to contact customer services myself to find out why and was informed that the trainers were out of stock. I checked stock online right away and even now 24hrs on - they are still advertised as available on the website and in stock of the size I ordered.
Even more annoying, I’m now receiving emails saying “Don’t Miss Out” purchase now on the item that’s apparently not in stock. Dreadful setup
