Placed an order and noticed the postcode was wrong so rang Tessuti within 5 mins and was told it was too late to change as “the system doesn’t allow it” even though I told them to check on a credit site and see my actual address. They are “happy” for my order to go to an incorrect address and get “lost” fraudulently- they have by money and don’t care about customer service. They also said they don’t have the facility to cancel my order as their system “doesn’t allow it”. I will avoid this firm like the plague in future.
