Dpd left item outside door and when I returned home wasn’t there it’s been four weeks and still no refund this was a expensive item £180 which I had to then buy a alternative as was a Xmas present for my son I’m out of pocket and feel that it’s taking way too long for the issue to be resolved which only can be if I’m refunded just keep being told I will be updated once a resolution is made!well that better be a refund
