If I could give minus stars I would. It was recently my birthday so I gifted my self with trainers. I ordered three pairs of trainers and upon arrival, I opened the parcel only to find one box of trainers out of the three that I ordered.
I still had faith so I assumed that there was going to be two deliveries for my order. Still to be safe, I went on to contact Tessuti directly who informed me that there was only one delivery and that my delivery had been completed as far as they were aware.
I contacted DPD to ask if there was possibly two parcels in my order because I almost thought the delivery driver had stolen one of the parcels. At this point they informed me that they didn’t do any of the packaging, they simply just collected the already packaged parcel from the Tessuti store. My heart sank to my stomach.
I emailed Tessuti to take this up with them and even attached video footage taken from my ring door bell to give them an idea of the size of the delivery parcel. This was to illustrate that it wouldn’t have been possible to fit 3 boxes of trainers in that particular delivery box. The delivery box was just slightly bigger than the box of trainers that had been delivered.
They didn’t even download the footage that I sent to them and replied “Upon reviewing your claim, we do believe the order has been delivered successfully and we will be taking no further action.
If you do wish to take this further, we would advise to contact your payment provider.”
This sort of behaviour makes me sick to my stomach.
Considering DPD didn’t do any of the packaging and simply just picked up the parcel from the Tessuti store, I think Tessuti are in on the scandal. There was no obvious damage to my parcel.
You always hear about these things happening to other people, but I never thought I would experience something so shocking at the end of 2022.
Tessuti are literally trying to steal over £600 worth of goods from me.
