I ordered 2 pair of trainers £105.79 i had a delivery to my local Tesco branch by Everi I went there 4 times and 6 phone calls as kept getting emails saying they were there but they were not then they turned up at my house. They arrived to late so I decided to send them back. They gave me a bar code to take them back for collection and went to use it and it did not work another code was issued and again I went to send it back and it also did not work. The customer service lady told me to return it to a store and I thought that would be easier so they told me my nearest store was 30 mins away so I went there and there was no branch there or ever has been. Now I had wasted over an hour journey, petrol and my time walking round a shopping centre for nothing. I then phoned yet again and was told by another handler to post it back and use my money that cost me £15.45 and I would get a refund . Sent it back and even more phone calls and was told the postage would go on a gift card I went mad. Then I was passed on to a manager who said they would refund me for the postage and the trainers total amount £121.24 . Today I’m on my third phone call as I was told in an email I should have received my refund of £105.79 . What a joke now I have just been told to call my bank and after a lengthy call with my bank there is no refund there. This has caused me so much stress that I had to do review to say please do not use this company they are terrible and there customer service is unbelievable. I am so upset with this situation. I will keep fighting for my refund and I will take them to court if I don’t get my money back.
