I am writing this in the hope that nobody else has to go through the ordeal that I have.
I ordered a Calvin Klein hoodie and matching Calvin Klein joggers. I only received the joggers, the hoodie didn’t come.
I have then contacted Tessuti who have replied with what I can only describe as ‘dock’ responses, and we have exchanged NUMEROUS emails with me repeating the same thing over and over to try and get an answer from them.
I have been advised that I was refunded for the hoodie on 6 May (which was before my order was even received); yet I have still not received this refund.
I asked whether they still have the hoodie in stock; I was met twice, by two different representatives, with the dock response ‘apologising that although the website is updated every few minutes, it doesn’t always show timely stock information’. After asking again a third time, I got the answer that it was still in stock.
I therefore asked whether, providing I actually receive my refund at some point(!), if I reordered I could have the 10% discount honoured again (welcome discount - the irony) and free delivery (as it was through no fault of my own that I didn’t receive the order I initially placed and so I should not be disadvantaged). I was told no, it cannot be offered.
I am therefore currently in a position where I have half a loungewear tracksuit (ordered to feel better about quarantine) and I have not received a refund for the other half and no resolution from Tessuti.
Further to this, I don’t actually want the joggers on their own but I feel it too risky to send these back and risk being out of pocket even more; they weren’t cheap!
Please do not order from this company under any circumstances; I feel like a fool and that I’ve been conned. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand.
