First instructor, Awais Maqsood let me down and cancelled the lesson the week before my test and wouldn't give me a lesson before my test, which I narrowly failed.
James Cuerden agreed to do my test today and then didn't turn up! He said I hadn't booked the time but he did it for a previous test that was cancelled, so I assumed he would again. He didn't contact me to see why I hadn't booked it either. Absolute waste of time and money! I won't use AA again.
