Andre Quincani made an error with the date he verbally provided me with for my next lesson. Instead of accepting that he may have given me a different date to the one that he input in the AA system, making a genuine mistake, he called and got very aggressive with his tone and proceeded to insult me.
This is not something you should expect from a driving instructor with the AA.
