I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Freddie! He was incredibly patient and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. His calm approach and ability to explain things clearly made a big difference, even when I made mistakes - he always took the time to ensure I understood what I needed to improve.
The AA made the booking process simple and straightforward, and I was even refunded for the unused hours after I passed - with just one minor!! :)
