I had a very bad experience with AA. They kept cancelling my sessions without prior notice. An instructor called Yildiz Karakas was especially bad. She was irresponsible. She changed class time, cancelled classes and before I could complain she contacted the AA and cancelled all of classes saying I was not going to be ready for my test. She wasted my time knowing that my test was coming up. I decided to get the refund from AA and do not recommend them at all. As I am writing this email I am waiting for my refund to be processed between 3-5 days as the agent said.
