The trip was really great and a once in a lifetime experience to watch the turtles being hatched. Lots of walking and hard physical labour in the sun. Global were great arranging shuttle to and from the airport to turtle hatchery. Dustin the global connection in Costa Rica was very helpful and Ellen from Australia was great answering all my questions pre trip. Only downside of the trip was that the volunteer house was not on the beach front so had to walk 20-430mins each way to start your volunteer shift as there was no means of transportation.
