Very good and easy communication! Super fast answers, when I said that I had problems or felt stressed. Loved how they took care of me for every single step and I did not have to worry about TFN, Transfer to the Hostel or booking activities. The activities were awesome, pick up was next to the hostel and I had such a great time. However finding a secure job was not easy, my promised job interview was not great. I told my coordinator about it and she also reflected that to the company, so a week later I got a job offer. This was still a stressful progress. I also could not choose if I stay in an only female dorm, so I had to stay in a mixed dorm with two males. I would have felt safer in an only female dorm. Overall great experience and I felt definitely safer and happier knowing there is someone to reach out to!
