Just spreading my review to as many people as possible!!! I haven't traveled with them but I was interested in traveling with them in the next year or so. I checked their website to compare prices of other volunteer organizations. I clicked prices and they asked for my email address. A couple of hours later I received a call and I asked what their prices were, since that is what I was inquiring about since all of their other info was online. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me and told me I was not qualified to travel with them only because I asked about pricing. What?? I asked in what way and she said well if you are only interested in prices we don't want people who only care about having a good time and not about volunteering. Excuse me?? What a judgmental assumption! I only asked about prices which I should not have to since every other company I have looked at for volunteering or traveling abroad always lists prices. Just completely wasted my time. I also have volunteered abroad twice to South Africa and Australia with other companies, I have years experience working in hospitals, volunteer at hospitals and other local work and this woman had the nerve to judge and say that I am not qualified? I probably am more qualified than her to volunteer abroad. This lady is just not qualified for her job since she does not know proper customer service and is very unprofessional.
