I purchased a package of assorted goods before Christmas. We have enjoyed everything immensely. We are still experimenting with the dried green cgile powder but the rellenos, tamales, frozen roasted green Chile's and the green chile sauce are incredible! I have attached a picture of my version of Calabasitas (using Butternut Squash) that I made using the roasted green chiles.
