We ordered thinking that this was a truly New Mexico operation. We ordered two dozen of the chili rellenos and expected them to ship from somewhere close to Hatch, NM. The shipping information stated that they would be shipped frozen with dry ice to keep them frozen. We were astounded to find out that they were shipping from California! Why California? This doesn't make sense if they are truly Hatch chilis from Hatch, NM. However, when we received this package we were flabbergasted to see that the entire contents of dry ice had vaporized which dry ice does and that the two dozen of the rellenos had also completely defrosted. We immediately put one dozen in the freezer and cooked the other dozen in Kelly's air fryer. They tasted okay but were sort of mushy!
