great communication, great product. wife is happy. my wife lived in ABQ until her family moved to Huntsville, AL in Junior HIgh School. Her parents and brother moved back to ABQ while she was in college, so we've visited frequently. Still, a Green Chile Cheeseburger was not on my radar until a few years ago when a former New Mexico resident opened a restaurant/bar in Birmingham that included the GCC on the menu. My wife is a great cook and we rarely dined out before the pandemic, but the pandemic has given us time to cook even more and most importantly gave me time (and thanks to YouTube I had resources) to really improve my own cooking. I'm way more interested in hamburgers than my wife, but she got a twinkle in her eye when the Green Chile Cheesburger came up in a video. though I knew I could get one a mile away (and had sampled it - it is good), I decided to make one for her birthday in September. Aparently I hesitated just long enough for last season's supply to sell out so had to order some of the yet to be harvested chiles and wait. once they were ready to ship, communication was great, shipping was quick (first email on 11/9, shipment received 11/11), and our freezer has 4 packages left to enjoy in the future (I'm thinking about giving one or two to a client as a house warming gift since we designed great spaces for him like an outdoor kitchen where he can put them to use). the first package disappeared into GCC's that included a Hatch Green Chile Aioli (recipe easy to find online) to increase the green chile flavor. pic of the final product included
