Our home is in Arizona, but we spend 5 months on the east coast east summer. My husband and I were missing the food of home and were SO excited to open our box of fresh Hatch chiles! We made Rellenos and roasted the rest for salsa and to freeze for future deliciousness! We also ordered the wonderful chile corn tortillas and some salsas and mustard. Everything is just wonderful. We will be spreading the word and ordering more in the future.
