I grew up in New Mexico and even though I moved away, I don't want to be without green chili. I ordered 50lbs which arrived in two boxes and every chili was fresh to roast and use. The store employees are friendly and helpful. I got an email noticed when it was sent and it arrived on time. I wish the Hatch Green Chili Store a long and happy life because I want to get green chilis and other products from them for a long time.
