I used to work in Hatch and remember watching the chiles ripen in the sun…moving to northern VA, we missed the smell of roasting chiles that marked the end of summer. Our order from the Hatch Chile store with its fresh green chiles brought a lot of joy, and a host of delicious meals and memories to share with our east coast friends. They came well packaged and ready for roasting.
