The first batch to arrive was 50lbs half hot and half medium. I got to roasting and packing for the freezer and by the end if the night even had 2 dozen amazing chile rellenos. The next day our 5lb order it XHot arrived they are amazing. And I may be wishing I ordered more of those before next year. Excellent quality of chilies this year and only 6 chiles had any damage from shipping. They did not go to waist and were still roasted and eaten! Great customer service as always. I will be ordering again and again.
