Hatch Chilies are the BEST!!!! We have ordered numerous boxes of the Hot and x-Hot and love them. A little problem with UPS delivery - they left the Chili order in the mailbox on a 91 degree day. I believe the service was supposed to be to the front door. Not Hatch's problem, but it could have been a disaster. I just wanted you to know.
