Ordered the hatch peppers 10 lbs of them. Had only one that went bad out of them all. Great tasting peppers. Tried them raw fantastic. Made salsa out of some get taste an right amount of heat. (I like hot spicy food lol). Then roasted some on grill blended them up with a little virgin olive oil. Made a great spread on hamburgers for Labor Day weekend. Would recommend them to anyone.
