The green roasted sauce x-hot is delicious! I haven't opened the red sauce yet but I'm willing to guess that it is delicious too. I will order again. Glad I got x-hot. It's just good and tangy with a good flavor. Not as hot as I expected. Will always order x-hot for sure. But it will probably surprise me one day and be hot like expected. LOL. If you haven't ordered any hatch sauce then you are missing out!
