Our 100 lbs of Big Jim chiles arrived in MN 2 days after shipping out of NM. They were in great shape with only 3 chiles needing to be tossed. They were deep green, plump, and fragrant.
We roasted the chiles shortly thereafter and they were just as delicious as they looked! Thank you for the excellent quality you provide.
