I have purchased chili's From Hatch Chili Store for years and have never been disappointed. I usually buy fresh because I love the smell of roasting my own. After moving away from NM my palette has mellowed somewhat so the hots really are, but I love them. Unfortunately the cost of cross country shipping is my only deterrent. "I'll Be Back"
