Every year I send a box of fresh green Chile to my son, who lives in Maine. He is the one who lived in NM first, I moved here later. He moved back to Maine, and missed REAL green chile. This yearly tradition means a lot to both of us, and he is is thrilled to be able to roast his own for the authentic taste we love. It always arrives on time, and in great condition. It’s the best!!!
