I am a New Mexico native, and have been out of the state since 1978. I order Hatch chile every year in the fall, and freeze or can it after roasting. I've used the Hatch Chile Store since at least 2011, when they were still Berridge Farm! The product quality is excellent, and the customer support as well. On the rare occasion where I've had spoilage in transit, they have promptly replaced the chile for me. Highly recommend them and wish them continued success!
