I was born and raised in New Mexico but now live in CA where it is IMPOSSIBLE to find good chile. I ordered from Hatch with my fingers crossed in hopes that they would be everything I hoped for as I truly miss good NM Hatch chile. My chile arrived on the date promised, packaged very well, chile was in great condition (looked like I picked them that day!). I took them home to the delight of my family! We are so pleased with our chile! The flavor (I bought Big Jim) is out of this world!!! Definitely going to order again!!!!
