I placed my order shortly before Hurricane Ian hit my farm dead on in SW Florida. This was my third season ordering from The Hatch Chili Store. I reached out to their team about the status and they replied promptly willing to help if the chilis were not good upon arrival. The chilis arrived the next day and although the box was broken I ended up only losing a few.
The quality and taste of the chilis are always the best. Customer for life!
