We moved to South Carolina this year and absolutely love it. Coming from Colorado we assumed chiles were a way of life everywhere. We were wrong. We are very to happy with the Hatch chile store and will be using them again next season. We went with 10 lbs shipped in 2 days and roasted them ourselves. Delicious.
