Product is excellent. The delivery to San Antonio,Tx this last time was not so good. I ordered 1 box of extra hot, 1 box of medium, and 1 box of mild, each box of 25 pounds; on delivery all boxes arrived at the same time and in very good shape. I started roasting chile that same day and the extra hot and medium only 3 or 4 chiles were not good to roast; but the mild box had half of the product spoiled! It hurt my heart to throw away those large meaty chiles that we’re spoiled.😢
