We ordered 100lbs of xhot from the Hatch Chile Store! It is HOT! Perfect heat! It is our first year ordering from them. I was raised on green chile and have been away from home for over 27 years. We live in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The whole experience from getting the wrong heat level (mild) to getting the correct order was very smooth. There was no problem in getting things fixed. Awesome customer service from beginning to end! I’m very excited to have a new family to order from.
