If you are looking for fresh Hatch Chile this is definitely the place to purchase. The staff is very friendly as we communicated a few times through email. They give a fast response and really aim to make each customer satisfied. My first purchase was the 10 pounds of hot but with seeds and all we did not get that hot flavor we were looking for so we ended up ordering another 10 pounds of extra hot. We still leave the seeds in and the extra hot is just right for my family but both do have amazing flavor and were delivered fresh. The only thing that I did not like was they only guarantee the freshness of their product if you pay for the quick shipping and it’s 30 dollars.
