I just received 25 lbs of fresh Hatch chili's and I am so happy with the quality and the fast shipping. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to roast all of them on my BBQ. After placing them in plastic bags, I waited for them to cool, peeled them and they all fit in 14 quart freezer bags. I'm a happy buyer! They peeled so easily too!!
