I ordered for the first time fresh Hatch chilis. As I live in Minnesota, I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to have them arrive as fresh as if I had bought them in Hatch, New Mexico. I made my first batch of green chili using the Hatch chilis on Monday, they make the difference over store-bought cans, which is what you can only find in Minnesota. I hope my supply last over the long cold Minnesota winter ahead of me.
