This is my first year buying the Hatch Chilis online. I ordered the Red Hatch Chilis so I knew that they would arrive later in the season. They arrived in October, and totally worth the wait! They were beautiful and fresh. I immediately roasted them. The taste was great. I only regret that I didn’t order more.
