I placed an order for 10lbs of fresh chiles to be delivered to the east coast of Florida. The week they were scheduled to arrive, hurricane Ian was due to make landfall in my state. I contacted the Hatch Chile Store, and they were able to delay the shipment until after the storm passed. My chiles arrived right on schedule and were in perfect shape.
