This is now my third order from the Hatch Chile Store and I am beyond pleased. I pre-ordered 5lbs of this year's crop of hot green chile. It arrived still frozen, and, this year was done up in 1 lb. bags. The bags were flat in the box which is a great improvement over last year when all 5 lbs arrived in one large chunk. It's great for storing in the freezer and you only take out 1 lb at a time. Love it!! Great service, ease in ordering and arrival just as stated.
