I love everything I've ever gotten from The Hatch Chile Store!
The only thing I would change is regarding the shipping logistics? I live in NYC and my orders are typically shipped so that they arrive on a Saturday and if I miss the drop off, then my perishables sit in a warehouse somewhere until redelivery on Monday :( Fortunately my items have remained cold, but this isn't great.
