I bought the roasted and peeled whole HOT peppers. Normally “hot” is medium to me, the first batch I prepared as chile verde with pork was more like XX HOT 🥵. Which is fine, it got less hot after a day or two and it’s better than buying hot and getting mild. I don’t know how the next 4 batches will be. Only thing I didn’t like was the peppers were tough and had to cook extra long … which may have brought out the heat from the seeds. Loved it though.
