I have been a customer since moving back to the U.S. from Canada. Usually, It has been a great experience. I wanted to send a friend in Texas some of your salsa but they are originally from the Northeast so I didn't want it to be too HOT. So instead of the 3 pack sampler, I ordered three in medium. She said it was very hot so they must have sent the 3 pack in Hot which was the sale price. I ordered one jar of Medium Papa's Salsa for myself but got Hot. I also ordered 2 sweatshirts in Large....I thought it would be a regular Large but they are Large/Grande and are much too big. I will have to return those. I'm sure you were very busy but I was disappointed that nothing went right. Peggy Condos
