I have been ordering green chilies from the Hatch Chilie store for a couple of years. All have been 100% perfect! So I was disappointed when I received red chilies which were less than perfect. I indicated as much with my initial rating. Daniel from Hatch Chilie store saw it and contacted me. He offered to replace the couple of bad chilies with a pound of dried red chilies. Now THAT is customer service! Obviously, they have made me a loyal customer! Please indicate my positive review!
